I mix a big batch of the blackening spices and keep them on hand to use on chicken or fish. This makes a quick, easy meal. Careful though, it's pretty spicy!

1/2 tspsalt

How To Make blackened chicken or fish

1Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Heat non-stick skillet until smoking hot. Mix together spices, coat chicken evenly on each side, place in hot skillet and cook 1 minute per side.

2Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray, place blackened chicken on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
