- 4 - boneless chicken breast or
- 4 - fish filets, your choice
- BLACKENING SPICES
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
How To Make blackened chicken or fish

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Heat non-stick skillet until smoking hot. Mix together spices, coat chicken evenly on each side, place in hot skillet and cook 1 minute per side.

Step 2Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray, place blackened chicken on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
