BLACKENING SPICES

2 tsppaprika

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspcayenne pepper

1 tspthyme, dried

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 tsponion powder
How to Make Blackened Chicken or Fish
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Heat non-stick skillet until smoking hot. Mix together spices, coat chicken evenly on each side, place in hot skillet and cook 1 minute per side.
- Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray, place blackened chicken on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
