Love this esp. when I feel a cold coming on or just want some comfort food that is fast and simple. I have made this since the kids were little and it still seems to be a good stand by when you don't have the time for a meal. Great for cold nights and a comfort food.

Ingredients
- 1 package lipton chicken noodle soup (dry boxed soup)
- 2 cups water
- 1 to 2 - eggs, beat with fork
How To Make betty's quicky egg drop soup

Step 1boil water, then add dry soup mix and cook till done or noodles are to your liking.

Step 2While soup mix is simmering whisk in your beaten eggs till eggs are done and well mixed with soup.

Step 3Garnish with chopped green onion and crunchy Chinese noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
