Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken pieces, skin on
- 2 pounds potatoes, chopped in large chunks or halves (i like red potatoes)
- 3/4 cup lemon juice, fresh or from a bottle
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil, i like olive
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make betty's greek chicken and potato tray bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Place potatoes in a large and deep baking tray. Wedge the chicken prices on top - skin side up.

Step 3Put remaining ingredients in a measuring jug and stir. Pour/drizzle over the chicken - do this slowly. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 45 minutes.
