- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make basil-stuffed chicken breasts

Step 1In small bowl, combine parmesan cheese, basil, 1 tbsp oil, and garlic, mix. Pound chicken between plastic until 1/8"-thick. Spread cheese mix evenly down center of each breast, fold in sides and roll up. Fasten w/ toothpicks. In small bowl, combine lemon peel, lemon juice and 1 tbsp oil. Mix. Heat grill for med-high indirect heat. Grill chicken, turning once, for about 15 min, brushing w/ lemon sauce.
