This is my lowfat, lowcarb, version of a local Deli/gas station's awesome chicken wraps.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1 cup green pepper diced
  • 3/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 3/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2/3 cup fat free mayonaise, or just until moistened
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon bacon salt
  • - fat free cream cheese
  • - lowcarb, lowfat, high fiber multi grain tortillas

How To Make barney's chicken wrap

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients except cream cheese or tortilla in medium size bowl.
  • Step 2
    Place tortilla on plate cover half of tortilla with cream cheese. Then add a little lettuce and some of chicken mixture.
  • Step 3
    Roll tortilla, place small amout of cream cheese at end of tortilla and finish rolling, then tuck in ends.
