2 Tbsplea & perrins sauce

2 Tbspbutter

3 Tbspbrown sugar (more if desired)

1 tspsalt

1 tspchili powder
-
1 tspmustard
-
1 tsppaprika

1/2 tspred pepper
How to Make Barbecue Sauce for Chicken Or Ribs
- Put all ingredients into a sauce pan and boil for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before using. (Keep unused sauce in the refrigerator.)
- For Chicken or ribs: bake 15 minutes at 500°, then lower temperature to 350° and continue to bake at least 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Add the barbecue sauce during the last 20 or 30 minutes of cooking.
On the barbecue grill, cook until nearly done, then add the sauce. It will burn easily, keep a close eye on the meat after adding the barbecue sauce.
