  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 large
    egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    ground blanched almonds
  • 1/4 c
  • 3 Tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp
  • 3/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 1/2 - 3 lb
    chicken pieces

How to Make Baked Sesame Chicken


  1. Place the melted butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, and set aside.
  2. Combine the milk and egg in a shallow dish; stir well.
  3. Combine the flour and the next 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
  4. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture.
  5. Place the chicken, skin side up, in the prepared pan. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until the chicken is done.
