Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup ground blanched almonds
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 - 3 pounds chicken pieces
How To Make baked sesame chicken

Step 1Place the melted butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, and set aside.

Step 2Combine the milk and egg in a shallow dish; stir well.

Step 3Combine the flour and the next 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.

Step 4Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture.

Step 5Place the chicken, skin side up, in the prepared pan. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until the chicken is done.
