baked honey mustard chicken lollipops

Ingredients

  • 16 - whole chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard( i recently tried dijonaise and like it better)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

How To Make baked honey mustard chicken lollipops

  • Step 1
    Follow instructions on my basic chicken lollipop recipe on how to form lollipops out of the wings. Or watch a you tube instructional which I believe are still available.
  • Step 2
    Whisk Mustard and honey together.
  • Step 3
    Individually dip each chicken piece(the meat part only) in the honey mustard mixture, allow to drip and then gently roll in the bread crumbs to coat.
  • Step 4
    Stand each piece of chicken up (if possible...they may lean over) on foil or parchment paper lined baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 350* and serve.
