I got this recipe from allrecipes.com and made it last night. It has wonderful flavors. And the chicken was moist, which is very important.

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c

honey
1/2 c

mustard, or dijon mustard
1 tsp

dried basil
1 tsp

paprika
1/2 tsp

dried parsley

How To Make baked honey mustard chicken breasts

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken w/ a little salt and pepper. Place chicken in pan

In bowl, combine honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well.

Pour 1/2 the honey mix over chicken and brush to cover using a basting brush. Cover, bake 30 min. Turn chicken over and pour remaining honey mix over chicken. Bake 10 min more, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
