I got this recipe from allrecipes.com and made it last night. It has wonderful flavors. And the chicken was moist, which is very important.

Ingredients
- 6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mustard, or dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
How To Make baked honey mustard chicken breasts

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken w/ a little salt and pepper. Place chicken in pan

Step 2In bowl, combine honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well.

Step 3Pour 1/2 the honey mix over chicken and brush to cover using a basting brush. Cover, bake 30 min. Turn chicken over and pour remaining honey mix over chicken. Bake 10 min more, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
