My whole family loves these wings..they bake up crispy and remind me of fresh, hot garlic bread when you're eating them.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds fresh chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

How To Make baked garlic wings

  • Step 1
    Place oven rack in the center position and preheat to 375 degrees.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings,olive oil,minced garlic, garlic powder,salt,and black pepper and toss all to coat.
  • Step 3
    Place the coated wings on a sheet pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until skin becomes crispy.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle baked wings with parmesan cheese while still hot, shaking wings around pan to evenly coat all. serve immediately.
  • Step 5
    tips for easy cleanup..line the sheet pan with heavy duty aluminum foil before baking.
