This is a little bit of Thanksgiving coated on some juicy chicken.

Ingredients

  • 8 - boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • BREADING
  • 5 slices bread
  • 2 teaspoons dry sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 - celery rib
  • RUB
  • 4 ounces greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ea. sage, black pepper, garlic, onion

How To Make baked chicken with "bread dressing" crust

  • Step 1
    Mix together yogurt and seasoning.
  • Step 2
    In a food processor add bread and 2 tsp. dry sage, 1/2 tsp each of black pepper, poultry seasoning, granulated garlic and granulated onion. Process to make dry bread crumbs. Remove to bowl.
  • Step 3
    Place on celery rib in process and mince. You may have to scrap the sides down and pulse several times. Add to bread crumbs and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Rub chicken on both sides with yogurt mix. Dip in bread crumbs and coat both sides. Place on well greased baking sheet. Spray top of chicken generously with spray oil. Bake 375° for 35-40 min.
