Ingredients For baked chicken tenders

1 1/2 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/2 cegg whites or egg substitute

1 cpanko bread crumbs

1 tspbasil
-
1/2 tsporegano
-
1/2 tspseasoned salt

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsppaprika
-
4 Tbspparmesan cheese, grated
How To Make baked chicken tenders

1Cut each the chicken breasts into 2 inch strips. Dip each strip into the egg mixture.

2Combine the crumbs with the seasonings and cheese in a plastic bag. Add the chicken strips a few at a time and shake to coat.

3Place the coasted chicken strips on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spray with cooking oil.

4Bake at 375' for 25 minutes. Enjoy !
