Baked Chicken Tenders
1 1/2 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 cegg whites or egg substitute
1 cpanko bread crumbs
1/2 tspseasoned salt
1/2 tspgarlic powder
4 Tbspparmesan cheese, grated
How to Make Baked Chicken Tenders
- Cut each the chicken breasts into 2 inch strips.
Dip each strip into the egg mixture.
- Combine the crumbs with the seasonings and cheese in a plastic bag.
Add the chicken strips a few at a time and shake to coat.
- Place the coasted chicken strips on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Spray with cooking oil.
- Bake at 375' for 25 minutes.
