Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup egg whites or egg substitute
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make baked chicken tenders

Step 1Cut each the chicken breasts into 2 inch strips. Dip each strip into the egg mixture.

Step 2Combine the crumbs with the seasonings and cheese in a plastic bag. Add the chicken strips a few at a time and shake to coat.

Step 3Place the coasted chicken strips on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spray with cooking oil.

Step 4Bake at 375' for 25 minutes. Enjoy !
