baked chicken parmesan
I always loved Chicken Parmesan but didn't like it fried. So, this is my recipe, which is a tad healthier, with no frying.

Ingredients
- 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup progresso bread crumbs - italian style
- 1 cup favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
How To Make baked chicken parmesan

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Rinse Chicken with water, cut off fat. Toss into a sandwich bag of Bread Crumbs, place onto 9x9 inch pan.

Step 3Bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Last 5 minutes, cover with sauce and cheese. Serve over pasta or with salad
