dijon mustard

cumin

panko bread crumbs

boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips
1 tsp
mrs dash (chicken)

How to Make Baked Chicken Fingers

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • 2Whisk eggs, mustard, cumin, and salt in shallow bowl.
  • 3Combine bread crumbs and Mrs Dash in separate bowl
  • 4Dip chicken in egg mixture; shake off excess and dip in bread crumbs
  • 5Place on cookie sheet and mist with cooking spray. Bake until golden brown about 20 minutes.
