This easy baked drumstick recipe is family (and budget!) friendly. It's easy to double or triple, if needed. The recipe is forgiving, too. Use whatever spices you have.

Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks, skin-on
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons lawry's seasoned salt (or 1 teaspoon of salt and your favorite spices)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
How To Make baked chicken drumsticks

Step 1Preheat oven to 400°F, then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, the melted butter, oil and all of the spices; rub the chicken drumsticks until they're evenly coated with the butter/oil and seasonings.

Step 3Bake 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F. (Check on the chicken about 30 minutes into cooking. If it seems like the outside of the chicken is getting too dark, tent with tin foil while it finishes cooking.)
