My father used to make this once and a while and I used to beg him to make it more often, it's that good!

Ingredients

  • 3 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons chopped thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 3 slices deli-style ham
  • 3 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 cup panko crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How To Make baked chicken cordon bleu

  • Step 1
    heat oven to 375, spray a roasting pan w/ cooking spray. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4"-thick. Spread each breast w/ mustard. Sprinkle w/ thyme, salt & pepper. Layer each breast w/ ham and cheese slices. Roll up each breast, secure w/ toothpicks. In bowl, pour panko crumbs, roll each chicken breast in panko crumbs. Sprinkle each breast w/ paprika. Place chicken, seam-side down in pan. Bake, uncovered for 30 min. Remove toothpicks and serve.
