Found this recipe on Facebook and I like make light for the carbs.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pkg. cream cheese or fat-free
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix or seasoning
  • 1 pound chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 8-12 - flour tortillas
  • - cooking spray
  • - shredd cheese
  • - green onion, chopped
  • - light sour cream or sour cream
  • - mild salsa or salsa

How To Make baked chicken chimichages

  • Step 1
    Stir together cheese, cream cheese, cooked chicken and taco seasoning.
  • Step 2
    Tuck in sides and rolled up each tortillas. Lay seam side down and sprayed 9x13 or large baking pan.
  • Step 3
    Sprayed tops of tortillas with cooking spray. Baked at 350F for 15 minutes. Turn Chimichange's over and bake for 15 minutes
  • Step 4
    Serve with cheese, green onion, sour cream, lettuce and salsa.
