My oldest son Jordy LOVES chicken and loves pasta, but hates veggies, so I came up with a recipe even he begs for.... and serve it with garlic bread. Can't go wrong with that, now can you?! Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 3 large chicken breast diced and skinless and boneless
  • 16 ounces california blend of veggies *frozen
  • 2 jars alfredo sauce (16 oz)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 16 ounces penne pasta cooked and drained
  • 1/2 small onion

How To Make baked chicken casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook Penne pasta according to package, drain and add to a 9x13 pan, Pre heat oven to *350.
  • Step 2
    diced chicken and half and onion, add to pasta. add remaining ingredients(except mozzarella cheese) , and stir well.
  • Step 3
    cover with tin foil and bake for an Hour and a half, remove tin foil and add Cheese, return to oven till cheese is melted. and remove from stove and let sit. Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy!!!
