Ingredients

  • - chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup low-cal, low sodium bbq sauce
  • 1-2 - poblano peppers
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

How To Make baked buffalo wings

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 F chop Pablano peppers into a small diced consistency. Mix chopped peppers with low-cal BBQ sauce, garlic powder,onion powder,and honey in a bowl. Add chciken wings and stir to coat. Put in refrigerator and let marinade for 20-30 minutes. Remove chciken from sauce(don't let drain all the way off),and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil. cook in oven 25-30 minutes, or until chciken is done. 212 calories, 3 grams fat per serving.
