Ingredients
- 8 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- (1) 8oz - cream cheese (sliced into 8 equal parts)
- 16 slices bacon (cooked but not until crisp)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 - small onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - pepper
- - grated cheddar cheese (optional)
- - green onions, chopped
How To Make bacon wrapped cream cheese chicken breast

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 and butter a large baking dish. Pound the chicken breasts until flat. (You can use 4 breasts and halve them instead of using 8.. It does make it easier to thin them and makes your chicken go further)

Step 2Place one slice of cream cheese in the middle of each breast, sprinkle with green onion/chives and roll them up.

Step 3Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each chicken breast and place in the baking dish.

Step 4In a bowl mix undiluted soup with parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, onion, salt and black pepper; mix until well combined then pour over chicken. Bake for about 45 minutes or until no longer pink and sprinkle with cheddar cheese (optional)
