Auntie Peggy's Chicken Cordon Bleu

This is my son Austin's favorite recipe....It's different than your ordinary chicken cordon bleu.
Ingredients

4 mediumboneless chicken breast

12broccoli florets
-
8 sliceswiss cheese
-
8 sliceham
-
1 1/2 cbread crumbs
-
1 cwhite zinfandel wine

12 slicebutter, cold
How to Make Auntie Peggy's Chicken Cordon Bleu
- pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- put thawed chicken breast in large zip lock bag - 1 piece at a time. Beat with rolling pin to flatten chicken to 1/4 " thickness. Remove chicken from bag. Lay out on a tray
- Take 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of ham, 3 broccoli florettes (in this order) and lay on each chicken breast. Sprinkle a little bread crumbs ontop and roll up, with seam side down, put in baking dish.
- Pour the cup of wine in with the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining bread crumbs ontop of all of the chicken and place 3 pats of butter ontop of each chicken breast. Bake in oven for 45 min to 1 hour.
