Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2-1/2 pound bone-in skinless chicken thighs
- 1 - 12 oz bag broccoli slaw
- 2 tablespoons rice-wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt & pepper
How To Make asian-style chicken thighs w/ slaw.

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Set chicken in shallow baking dish. In small saucepan, stir together ketchup, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook over med-high until bubbling. Remove 3 tbsp sauce and set aside. Baste chicken w/ sauce and place in oven. Cook 5- 10 min. Baste chicken again and cook another 20 min, basting often, until chicken juices run clear. Stir together in bowl, reserved sauce, broccoli slaw, rice-wine vineagr, salt & pepper. Serve slaw w/ chicken.
