asian sesame seed chicken
I try to make a variety of dishes with chicken breast meat. This is what we had for dinner tonight over white rice.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon heaping, minced bottled garlic
- 1 large vidalia onion, slivered
- 1 - whole chicken breast, skinless and boneless
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 teaspoons pimentos
- 1 package frozen asian stir fry vegetables
- 2 teaspoons mrs. dash table blend
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch ( heaping )
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce ( opt )
- - fresh cracked pepper
How To Make asian sesame seed chicken

Step 1Cut chicken into bite size pieces In a large skillet, on medium high heat, add oil, garlic, onions and chicken. Cook until chicken starts to turn white, turning often ( about 10 minutes )

Step 2eadd chestnuts and mushrooms, cook another 10 minutes, stirring add packaged frozen vegetables ( I set mine out of freezer before I start preparing this dish )

Step 3cover and cook 10 minutes, add pimentos and seasonings. ( add soy sauce now if using )

Step 4remove lid, stir, add chicken broth mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup cold water or broth and add to bubbling skillet, stirring until clear and thickened. Sprinkle with fresh pepper.

Step 5sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over cooked rice or ramean noodles.
