Ok, I usually make a double batch of this salad!!My Family Loves it that much! It goes fast!Delicious!I sometimes shred a little carrot for color also.

Ingredients

  • 1 - cabbage head-chopped
  • 2-3 ounces package ramem dry noodles,somewhat crushed w/ chicken flavor packet
  • 5 - green onions ,chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds-toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large chicken breast halves-cooked & chopped into bite-sized pieces

How To Make asian chicken cabbage salad

  • Step 1
    Cook Chicken in a nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until no longer pink. Chop into bite-sized piecs. Add to a large resealabe bowl.Combine somewhat crushed ,dry noodles, cabbage, onions and sesame seed.
  • Step 2
    For dressing, in a screw top jar, combine seasoning packet from noodles, vinegar, sugar, oil, pepper and salt. Shake to mix well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Before serving, stir in almonds. 10 + servings.
