Sometimes when you throw stuff together, you get something amazing!! Had to write down this one!!! Theres a few flavors going on that you wouldnt think would blend well together, but if you're adventurous, please try it!! Hope you like it!! GFDFSF

Ingredients
- 2 - large or medium chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 cups brown rice
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup cashews, halved
- 1 small can cubed pineaple, or 1/2 cup cubed fresh pineapple
- 5 sprigs aparagus
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 - medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 - medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 - of a jalepeno, finely diced
- 1/3 - yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 3 - fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Drizzle - salt and pepper, to taste
- Drizzle - garlic & herb seasoning, to taste
- Drizzle - creole seasoning, to taste
How To Make aloha chicken and brown rice

Step 1Cook the brown rice to package instruction. When done, mix in the coconut oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Step 2In a bowl, mix together chicken, 1 tbspn olive oil, creole seasoning, garlic and herb seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Heat a skillet to just under medium heat, add 1 tbspn olive oil, onion and garlic; cook till just cooked through, about 3 mins. Raise to medium heat and add chicken from bowl; cook till chicken is done. Tranfer to plate, set aside.

Step 4Add last tbspn of olive oil and cook the veggies, mint, cilantro, and pineapple; about 5 mins. Add the brown rice and chicken to the veggies. Cook another 3-4 mins. Serve. :)
