Ingredients

2 lbboneless skinless chicken breast tenders

1/4 call purpose flour

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 Tbspcanola oil
-
1/2 csoy sauce
-
4 Tbsprice wine vinegar
-
4 Tbspketchup
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 tspgrated fresh ginger

1/2 tspred pepper flakes
-
1 ccashews
How to Make ALL DAY CASHEW CHICKEN
- In a large Ziploc bag, combine the flour and pepper. Add chicken. Shake to coat with flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken about 2 minutes on each side. Place chicken in slow cooker.
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes; pour over chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Add cashews and stir. Serve over rice, spooning sauce over chicken and rice.
