Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup cashews
How To Make all day cashew chicken

Step 1In a large Ziploc bag, combine the flour and pepper. Add chicken. Shake to coat with flour mixture.

Step 2Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken about 2 minutes on each side. Place chicken in slow cooker.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes; pour over chicken.

Step 4Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Add cashews and stir. Serve over rice, spooning sauce over chicken and rice.
