I made this today for lunch. i served over crisp iceberg lettuce.
this salad is very refreshing.

Ingredients

1 large
cantaloupe peeled an seeded
2 1/2 lb
chicken breast (cooked)
1 medium
red onion small dice
4
ribs celery
1 large
fresh red seedless grapes
1 c
yogurt, plain and non-fat
1/2 c
sour cream, lite
1/3 c
mayonnaise, light
zest from 2 lemons
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp
ginger minced
1/2 Tbsp
sugar
1/4 c
toasted almonds

Step-By-Step

1For the cantloup cut into bite sizr pieces.
2combine cooked chicken with cantaloup,onion,celery,and grapes.chill.
3in another bowl. combine the yogurt,sour cream,zest,lemon juice,ginger,and sugar. Chill
4Mix the dressing with the salad ingredents and the toasted almonds. Serve over your favoret greens.
