Ingredients
- 1 large cantaloupe peeled an seeded
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken breast (cooked)
- 1 medium red onion small dice
- 4 - ribs celery
- 1 large fresh red seedless grapes
- 1 cup yogurt, plain and non-fat
- 1/2 cup sour cream, lite
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise, light
- - zest from 2 lemons
- - juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds

Step 1For the cantloup cut into bite sizr pieces.

Step 2combine cooked chicken with cantaloup,onion,celery,and grapes.chill.
