Ingredients
- 6 ounces of any meat you like ( pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, beef etc)
- 1 small shallot minced
- 1/16 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 1/16 teaspoon oregano
- 1/16 teaspoon cinnamon
- - pinch of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon sun dried tomatoes
- 1/16 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make albondigas burger

Step 1In a small bowl add 2 tbsp of hot water and add to the sun dry tomatoes for 1 minute; making then lightly soften. Drain and set; aside.

Step 2Meanwhile add your meat of choice to a med bowl, add all spices, shallots and soften tomatoes. Mix well; form 2 patties and let rest for 2-3 minutes. To let the spices blend in the meat( red meat choice 3 minutes)

Step 3Cook until no longer pick for white meat and desire doneness for red meat.

Step 4Serve with slice avocado and wilted spinach..optional
