1In a small bowl add 2 tbsp of hot water and add to the sun dry tomatoes for 1 minute; making then lightly soften. Drain and set; aside.
2Meanwhile add your meat of choice to a med bowl, add all spices, shallots and soften tomatoes. Mix well; form 2 patties and let rest for 2-3 minutes. To let the spices blend in the meat( red meat choice 3 minutes)
3Cook until no longer pick for white meat and desire doneness for red meat.
4Serve with slice avocado and wilted spinach..optional
