Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken sausage al fresco
  • 2 - sweet red peppers, cut up in quarters
  • 1 - onion, cut up in quarters
  • 1 clove garlic, cut up in small pieces
  • Dash - salt and pepper
  • 1 sprig parsley, cut up
  • Dash - olive oil, extra virgin
  • 8 ounces can of diced tomatoes
  • 4 ounces can of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 sprig fresh basil, cut up
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese

How To Make al fresco chicken sausage my way

  • Step 1
    Add the Chicken Sausage
  • Step 2
    Cook over Med heat, until almost done
  • Step 3
    Add rest of Ingredients, except the cheese, and cook for about 30 Minutes, uncovered
  • Step 4
    Add the Slices of Cheese, covered until Cheese Is Melted
  • Step 5
    Serve while still Hot...
