    chicken sausage al fresco
  • 2
    sweet red peppers, cut up in quarters
  • 1
    onion, cut up in quarters
  • 1 clove
    garlic, cut up in small pieces
  • Dash
    salt and pepper
  • 1 sprig
    parsley, cut up
  • Dash
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 8 oz
    can of diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz
    can of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 sprig
    fresh basil, cut up
  • 2 slice
    mozzarella cheese

How To Make al fresco chicken sausage my way

    Add the Chicken Sausage

    Cook over Med heat, until almost done

    Add rest of Ingredients, except the cheese, and cook for about 30 Minutes, uncovered

    Add the Slices of Cheese, covered until Cheese Is Melted

    Serve while still Hot...
