- 1 - onion, cut up in quarters
- 1 clove garlic, cut up in small pieces
- Dash - salt and pepper
- 1 sprig parsley, cut up
- Dash - olive oil, extra virgin
- 8 ounces can of diced tomatoes
- 4 ounces can of sliced mushrooms
- 1 sprig fresh basil, cut up
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese

Step 3Add rest of Ingredients, except the cheese, and cook for about 30 Minutes, uncovered

Step 4Add the Slices of Cheese, covered until Cheese Is Melted
