air fryer chicken legs coated in pork skins
I have gadgets, and kitchen tools I get as gifts or because I wanted it, and I then use a few times and then put in the closet and forget about. This stay at home , make do with what you have , has me pulling out tool after tool to play. I pulled a package of chicken legs out of the back of the freezer and was thinking what to do to make them Keto and not my normal. Having heard about ground pork skins as a coating I came up with this idea, pulled out my air fryer, and I will always do my legs this way. Finally my husband can stop complaining that I never use the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs
- 1 tablespoon mayonaise
- 1 - 2 cups ground pork skins
How To Make air fryer chicken legs coated in pork skins

Step 1preheat fryer to 360 degrees

Step 2Wash and pat dry the chicken legs.

Step 3With a pastry brush lightly coat the legs with the mayonnaise .

Step 4Coat each leg in the ground pork skins. season to taste.

Step 5Place all 4 legs in the fryer and set for 20 minutes. Check it in 10 minutes but don't turn it yet.

Step 6At 20 minutes check again and turn. Set the timer for 5 to 10 minutes more depending on how done your chicken is. Use a thermometer to check the temp, if in doubt. 165 degrees is recommended . Once done remove from the fryer and enjoy
