Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 pound pork, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 - head garlic, cruahed
- 1 - bay leaf
- - peppercorns, whole black
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil (optional)
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make adobo chicken and pork

Step 1Put chicken and pork in a cooking pan. Add garlic, vinegar, water, bay leaf, peppercorns, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Step 2Cover pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until most of liquid is gone. Add the cooking oil and mix together (optional).

Step 3Serve with rice. Can be made with all chicken or all pork if desired.
