Adobo Chicken and Pork

3 lbchicken thighs
1 lbpork, cut into bite size pieces
1head garlic, cruahed
·peppercorns, whole black
1 cwhite vinegar
1/2 csoy sauce
5 Tbspcooking oil (optional)
·salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make Adobo Chicken and Pork
- Put chicken and pork in a cooking pan. Add garlic, vinegar, water, bay leaf, peppercorns, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Cover pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until most of liquid is gone. Add the cooking oil and mix together (optional).
- Serve with rice.
Can be made with all chicken or all pork if desired.
