Here's an easy recipe, for a great tasting pot pie! Great for a night when you don't feel like fussing too much! We love it! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 2 cups cooked, cut up chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 - egg
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make easy chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Mix thawed vegetables, cut chicken, and soup together. Season to taste, with salt and pepper. Pour into a 10 inch pie plate.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl stir Bisquick, milk, and egg with a fork, until blended. Pour over vegetable mixture.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
