Here's an easy recipe, for a great tasting pot pie! Great for a night when you don't feel like fussing too much! We love it! Enjoy!

    frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 2 c
    cooked, cut up chicken
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Easy Chicken Pot Pie


  1. Mix thawed vegetables, cut chicken, and soup together.
    Season to taste, with salt and pepper.
    Pour into a 10 inch pie plate.
  2. In a separate bowl stir Bisquick, milk, and egg with a fork, until blended.

    Pour over vegetable mixture.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
