Sauerkraut & Meatballs
How to Make Sauerkraut & Meatballs
- Mix all ingredients, except sauerkraut. Make into meatballs 1 1/2 to 2" round. Set aside.
- In a crockpot, place 1 bag of kraut (rinsed, its always salty). Put the crock pot on low.
- Add the meatballs on top of kraut and cover. Let cook for six to eight hours, on low.
