- 1 cup onion finely diced
- 2 cups bread crumbs plain, dry
- 1 cup hash brown potatoes, raw
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 26 ounces cream of mushroom soup condenced
- 10 1/2 ounces milk
How To Make meatball casserole

Step 1Combine beef, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, potatoes, and pepper. Form into meatballs. Brown and place in a casserole dish. Blend together mushroom soup with milk, then pour over meatballs. Bake covered for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
