1 can(s)spam, cubed (cannot substitute)
1green bell pepper diced
1 can(s)family size cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)evaporated milk
5 mediumpotatos peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 stickbutter ( best) or margarine cut up into cubes or “ dots”
·pam butter flavor spray
·foil to cover pan unless you have oven safe lid
How to Make Martha’s Scalloped Potatoes
- Preheat oven 350• F.
Spray lasagne pan with Pam .
- Layer potatoes, bell pepper , spam and butter dots .repeating until all are used.
- Open can of soup and pour on top of layers . Add can of milk to soup and stir together on top of layers .cover with foil and put in oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and allow to bake another 15 mins or until browned and bubbly on top.
