Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes-peeled and cubed/smashed
- 1 medium yellow onion-diced
- 1 pound sausage-cooked and crumbled
- 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese-sprinkled
- 1 bunch green onion-chopped
- 2 pinches red pepper flakes-sprinkled
- 2/3 cup sour cream
How To Make loaded potato sausage and casole'

Step 1Cook sausage until no longer pink. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes.

Step 2In a medium size pot add peelced potatoes . Cover with COLD water. Cook until softend. meanwhile, in a bigger bowl, add 1 stick butter, and 1/2c. cheese and sour cream and green onion. Smash together until combined.

Step 3Dump potato mixture into a 13x9 Dish and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese Preheat oven to 350. Bake in for oven until cheese is melted...about 10 min.

Step 4Garnish w/ chopped green onions
