Ingredients
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 cups red potatoes, dieced (peeled if ;you prefer), cooked
- 2 cups diced, cooked ham
- 1/2 cup cooked english peas
- 2 ounces pimentos, drained
How To Make ham and potato casserrole

Step 1Combine the cheese and half-and-half in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts.

Step 2Remove from the heat and stir in potatoes and remaining ingredients.

Step 3Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
