Ingredients For ham and potato casserrole

    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 2 c
    red potatoes, dieced (peeled if ;you prefer), cooked
  • 2 c
    diced, cooked ham
  • 1/2 c
    cooked english peas
  • 2 oz
    pimentos, drained

How To Make ham and potato casserrole

  • 1
    Combine the cheese and half-and-half in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts.

    Remove from the heat and stir in potatoes and remaining ingredients.

    Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
