How To Make french onion, creamy & filling casserole
-
Step 1Spray a large skillet w/ cooking spray. Place over medium heat. Add the beef or ground turkey along with the Worcestershire sauce & the diced onions. Cook until almost fully browned but not quite done.
-
Step 2Add the dry onion soup packet and stir to combine. Cook noodles as directed, except boil until just about done but not fully. Drain the noodles well & put back into pot.
-
Step 3Add to the noodles the can of soup, sour cream, cream cheese and milk. Stir well. Add the beef or turkey mix to the noodles. Heat oven to 350 and lightly spray a 9" x 13" casserole pan w/ cooking spray. Spoon the whole mix into the casserole pan and smooth it out so it's evenly distributed.
