FELC Tater-Tot Hot Dish

2 lblean ground beef
1 conion, chopped
2 (10.5 oz can(s)favorite cream of soup (mushroom/celery/beefy mushroom)
1 tspfavorite seasoning salt (lowry's, mrs. dash, etc.)
·salt and pepper to taste
16 ozfrozen mixed vegetables
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
16 oztater tots
How to Make FELC Tater-Tot Hot Dish
- Brown meat and onions in a skillet. Break up beef while stirring. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, mix together soups, milk and seasoning salt in a large bowl. Add veggies and browned meat/onion mixture.
- Pour all into a sprayed 9x13 pan. Top evenly with cheese. Arrange tater tots in nice, even rows. Bake 375ºF for 1 hour.
