felc tater-tot hot dish
This is the ultimate comfort food! My church (First English Lutheran Church = FELC) just had their annual harvest festival and this was the main feature at the lunch. It was a big hit. We made 12 pans! If you want to make it ahead of time, don't add the tater tots until right before baking. Just put the rest together as stated, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 2 days ahead. Feel free to change the veggies - I usually use only green beans at home and cut everything in half. Also, use only 1 can of soup and a smaller pan. Approved by Church Basement Ladies everywhere!
