1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and saute until softened. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, being careful not to burn.
2Add ground turkey and cook, breaking up as it cooks, for 10 minutes, or until browned. Stir in basil, rosemary, salt and pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste and wine. Bring to a simmer, cove, and cook 20 minutes.
3Add cream cheese and stir until melted and combined with sauce.
4Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
5Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 3-quart deep casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
6Put drained tortellini in casserole and top with sauce. Stir to mix in. Top with mozzarella and sprinkle parmesan over top.
7Bake 30 minutes, or until bubble and cheese is browned lightly.
