Something I threw together one night when I wasn't up to a trip to the store and wanted to use up things I had on hand. Serve with a green salad and garlic bread, if desired.

How To Make easy cheesy tortellini casserole
-
Step 1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and saute until softened. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, being careful not to burn.
-
Step 2Add ground turkey and cook, breaking up as it cooks, for 10 minutes, or until browned. Stir in basil, rosemary, salt and pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste and wine. Bring to a simmer, cove, and cook 20 minutes.
-
Step 3Add cream cheese and stir until melted and combined with sauce.
-
Step 4Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
-
Step 5Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 3-quart deep casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
-
Step 6Put drained tortellini in casserole and top with sauce. Stir to mix in. Top with mozzarella and sprinkle parmesan over top.
-
Step 7Bake 30 minutes, or until bubble and cheese is browned lightly.
