Ingredients For dolly's zucchini casserole

  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 6 c
    sliced zucchini
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onions
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots
  • 8 oz
    pkg. stove top stuffing
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter

How To Make dolly's zucchini casserole

    Bring water and salt to a boil. Add zucchini and onions. Cook until tender on medium heat; drain.

    Combine soup, sour cream and carrots. Fold in drained zucchini and onions.

    In separate bowl, combine stuffing and butter. Spread half in bottom of baking dish. Spoon vegetable mixture on top of stuffing. Sprinkle remainder of stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
