Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 cups sliced zucchini
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 8 ounces pkg. stove top stuffing
- 1/2 cup melted butter
How To Make dolly's zucchini casserole

Step 1Bring water and salt to a boil. Add zucchini and onions. Cook until tender on medium heat; drain.

Step 2Combine soup, sour cream and carrots. Fold in drained zucchini and onions.

Step 3In separate bowl, combine stuffing and butter. Spread half in bottom of baking dish. Spoon vegetable mixture on top of stuffing. Sprinkle remainder of stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
