Ingredients
- 8 - boneless skinless chicken strips
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained well
- 1-1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 box zatarain's yellow rice mix, prepared
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make crock pot cheesy chicken

Step 1Place chicken pieces in crock pot and cover with chopped onion and minced garlic.

Step 2Spread the soup evenly over all and cook on Low for 7 hours or on High for 3-1/2 hours.

Step 3Prepare rice as directed on package.

Step 4Add drained corn, cooked rice, cheese, and seasonings to the chicken mixture and combine well. Continue to cook for another few minutes until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
