chili dog casserole ciabattas
The mustard and cheese baked into the casserole give it a bright flavor. Ciabatta is a must since normal buns get all soggy. This is my chili dog solution for my fiancee who DESPISES "wet bread".

- 8 - hot dogs, sliced
- 2 cans 15 oz chili, one with beans, one without
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 4 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 - ciabatta rolls, toasted
- - pickled jalapeno slices if desired
How To Make chili dog casserole ciabattas

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 in baking dish.

Step 2Add all ingredients except buns to baking dish and mix together evenly.

Step 3Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.

Step 4To serve, split ciabatta and top with chili dog mixture. Add jalapeno slices if you wish.
