Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds chicken (pressure or slow cooked)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 boxes cream cheese (softened)
- 2 boxes stove top stuffing for chicken
- OPTIONAL: FROZEN PEAS, OR SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS
How To Make chicken stuffing dish

Step 1Warm the soups and the cooked chicken. Mix soups and cream cheese and mix into the chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a baking dish.

Step 2Mix the stuffing mix with a little broth (NOT what is called for in the recipe). Just enough to moisten a little.

Step 3Bake 30 minutes or more until hot and bubbly and the stuffing is browned slightly.
