Found this recipe in a What's Cooking Kraft magazine. Recipe has been changed over the last 20 years. You can use other vegetables. Peas and carrots, mixed vegetables, or cauliflower.

Ingredients For chicken & rice casserole

2 cskim milk

1/4 csalad dressing

1/2 tspdried thyme leaves

1/2 tspgarlic powder

2 cminute rice uncooked

1 1/4 lbskinnless chicken breasts

3 cbroccoli
-
1 1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make chicken & rice casserole

1Preheat oven at 375 F

2Stir on milk, salad dressing, thyme, garlic powder in a shallow 3L or 13x9 casserole.

3Add rice, chicken and broccoli.

4Bake for 30 minutes and remove from oven.

5Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, until melted and liquid is absorbed.
