Found this recipe in a What's Cooking Kraft magazine. Recipe has been changed over the last 20 years. You can use other vegetables. Peas and carrots, mixed vegetables, or cauliflower.

Ingredients
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups minute rice uncooked
- 1 1/4 pounds skinnless chicken breasts
- 3 cups broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make chicken & rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven at 375 F

Step 2Stir on milk, salad dressing, thyme, garlic powder in a shallow 3L or 13x9 casserole.

Step 3Add rice, chicken and broccoli.

Step 4Bake for 30 minutes and remove from oven.

Step 5Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, until melted and liquid is absorbed.
