chicken pizza casserole
Oh Pizza what?? This is a healthy twist on pizza! I like to try new things and this creation came to me one night after work. This is a meal we all enjoyed and I hope you do too! One fun thing about it is you can add anything to it you want on your “pizza.” The sky is the limit or at least your casserole dish is the limit.

Ingredients
- 1 bag riced cauliflower
- 8 - chicken tenderloins
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 5 slices pepperoni (sandwich size) cut up
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make chicken pizza casserole

Step 1Spray casserole dish with non stick. Pour riced cauliflower into casserole dish. Sprinkle seasonings onto cauliflower.

Step 2Lay chicken on cauliflower and pour pizza sauce on top of chicken.

Step 3Place mozzarella slices on top of sauce and sprinkle with pepperoni.

Step 4Cover and bake about 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and place under broiler to brown cheese.
