You know that Autumn is now among us and this would be really great make for a quick and Easy way of making cabbage rolls than the old fashion way. I hope that you enjoy this.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1-16 oz package coleslaw mix
  • 1-14oz can sauerkraut, canned, drained
  • 3/4 cup rice, instant and uncooked
  • 1-29oz can tomato sauce
  • 1-14.5oz can beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mrs.dash garlic & herb seasoning

How To Make cabbage roll casserole

  • Step 1
    In a Large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and onions until no longer pink; drain. Remove from heat.
  • Step 2
    Stir in coleslaw mix,seasoning,sauerkraut and rice; salt to taste. Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking dish. In medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over beef and rice mix.
  • Step 3
    Bake, covered,in a preheated oven to 350* for 1 hour.Remove cover and continue baking 30 mins more or until rice is tender.
