You know that Autumn is now among us and this would be really great make for a quick and Easy way of making cabbage rolls than the old fashion way.

1 lb
lean ground beef
1 c
chopped onion
1-16 oz pkg
coleslaw mix
1-14oz can(s)
sauerkraut, canned, drained
3/4 c
rice, instant and uncooked
1-29oz can(s)
tomato sauce
1-14.5oz can(s)
beef broth
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp
mrs.dash garlic & herb seasoning

How to Make Cabbage Roll Casserole


  • 1In a Large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and onions until no longer pink; drain. Remove from heat.
  • 2Stir in coleslaw mix,seasoning,sauerkraut and rice; salt to taste. Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking dish. In medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over beef and rice mix.
  • 3Bake, covered,in a preheated oven to 350* for 1 hour.Remove cover and continue baking 30 mins more or until rice is tender.
