Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1-16 oz package coleslaw mix
- 1-14oz can sauerkraut, canned, drained
- 3/4 cup rice, instant and uncooked
- 1-29oz can tomato sauce
- 1-14.5oz can beef broth
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mrs.dash garlic & herb seasoning
How To Make cabbage roll casserole

Step 1In a Large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and onions until no longer pink; drain. Remove from heat.

Step 2Stir in coleslaw mix,seasoning,sauerkraut and rice; salt to taste. Transfer to a 13x9 inch baking dish. In medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over beef and rice mix.

Step 3Bake, covered,in a preheated oven to 350* for 1 hour.Remove cover and continue baking 30 mins more or until rice is tender.
