browned rice & pork casserole
I have had this recipe for years. I used to make it when my children were young. They enjoyed this casserole very much.

Ingredients
- 4 medium pork chops, boneless
- - seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 jar beef gravy (10 3/4 ounce )
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 medium onions (sliced)
- 4 medium carrots - 1 inch slices
How To Make browned rice & pork casserole

Step 1Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt. Brown well on both sides in hot skillet. Remove pork chops to 2 quart casserole.

Step 2Add rice to drippings in skillet and cook stirring until browned. Stir in gravy and water.

Step 3Arrange onions and carrots on top of chops. Pour on gravy mixture

Step 4Bake 1 hour at 350º or until pork chops are done and veggies are tender.
