- 1 large sweet pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can seasoned cubed tomatos
- 1 - habanero
- 2 cups cooked rice
How To Make black beans and rice with turkey sausage

Step 1Cook rice. Heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic, peppers, onions and sliced cooked turkey sausage. Add cumin and seasoned salt.

Step 2In 7 minutes, add black beans and diced seasoned tomatoes. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 3Serve on cooked rice.
